Component Manufacturing Company was started by Lloyd Reaves in 1972. Since then, CMC has grown to be one of the most respected
manufacturing companies in the area through our expertise and service. Many of our staff members joined Component Manufacturing
Company shortly after we began, including Lloyd's son, Tom, who serves as CMC's President.
We are dedicated to being a family-owned, service-orientated manufacturing company. One of Lloyd's business philosophies was

Component Manufacturing Company provides a building system that is completely pre-engineered. This system incorporates a rigid
frame that allows the building to stand without the support of any exterior sheathing. We also offer complete garage packages
designed to give customers all of the necessary supplies to construct a garage project or addition.
