Component Manufacturing Permanent Wood Foundation Package Includes:
- Sealed set of drawings from structural engineer
- 2x8 treated wall studs spaced 12” O/C, joist hanger connection at top plate
- 3/4” treated plywood attached to wall studs
- Blocking included loose for 3 feet each way out of inside corners, for strapping attachment
1’ O/C horizontally
- Strapping included loose for inside corner strapping, 1’ O/C horizontally
- Strapping included for attachment of floor joist components to Permanent Wood Foundation panels
- Caulk included loose for sheathing splice caulking
- Poly included loose for 2 layers at exterior for waterproofing
- 5/8” treated plywood included loose to create strips for top of poly attachment
- 5/8” treated plywood included loose to create interior backing at concrete floor
- Treated material supplied loose for girder truss blocking
